Make sure all the required documents are included to avoid resubmitting and paying again.
H2: Paper Applications
Paper applications are submitted on the date they are received by the Department, not the posting date. The new fee applies if accepted at or after 12 am (AEST) on 1 July 2024. Online applications are suggested to avoid postal delays.
If you pre-paid a fee but did not submit before the fee change, you can make a ‘top-up’ payment using ImmiAccount.
My payments > Manage payments > Pre-pay Paper Service > Top-up payment.
Failure to pay the ‘top-up’ will result in your application being returned, and you must submit a new application with the correct fee.
