In his speech this week, Hon Andrew Giles MP, Minister of Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs made a significant announcement for subclass 482 – TSS Visa holders.
- STSS Visa holders will now get 6 Months instead of 60 days to find a new employer if they are no longer working with their original employer.
- During this period, they will still have working rights.
